Pepe Gutierrez is founder of Megafincas Alicante S.L. in Spain. He has a degree in Human Resources and Anthropolgy. Pepe is also a Property Management Professor at the Alicante and Burgos University; and the first IREM® Faculty Instructor outside the U.S. He has spoken on the topic Property Management around the world for many years.
Pepe is a member of CONSEJO GENERAL; and ASM.
