Mr. Underwood leads the Residential Division at Saul Centers where he oversees the operation of all multifamily real estate assets.  Saul Centers, Inc. (NYSE:  BFS) is a self-managed, self-administered equity real estate investment trust, with its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, that operates a portfolio of neighborhood shopping centers and mixed use properties.  Mr. Underwood serves on the board of directors for IREM’s Northern Virginia Chapter 77, chairs IREM’s membership and credentialing committee and serves on its governing council.  Having worked across a wide array of asset classes throughout all stages of the investment cycle, he has had the opportunity to apply best practices to all areas of multifamily operations.
