Jeevan J. D’Mello has been involved with architecture, real estate design, project management, and community management in the Middle East and internationally for over 30 years. Popularly known as the “Father of Community Management in the Middle East” Jeevan trained professionally as an architect and served as the Chief Community & Customer Officer of Emaar Properties PJSC while the firm developed the “Living Wonder” of the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. During his tenure, he managed over 50 Owners’ Associations with a portfolio of over 35,000 units with an annual budget of $350 million.

Jeevan is currently a Board Member and International Faculty Member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), an international organization dedicated to creating vibrant, competent and harmonious community associations. A winner of several international awards, Jeevan was the first professional in the Middle East to receive CAI’s Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist and Large Scale Manager designations. He is also a Senior Lecturer and Faculty Member at the Dubai Real Estate Institute (DREI) and teaches around the world.
