Nandi Malindi, CPM® is an Asset Manager with the Dijalo Property Group. After earning a degree in Real Estate and a post-graduate honours degree in property valuation and management from the University of Johannesburg, she has become an active member of the real estate profession in South Africa. She earned her CPM in 2017 in Chicago and serves as the Executive Director and Treasurer of the IREM South Africa Gauteng Chapter No. 123. She teaches courses on property management at Wiswatersrand University and was selected as one of IREM’s 30 Under 30 in 2018. In South Africa Malindi has member affiliations to the following property associations: South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) and The South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC).
