Tony Casper has been in law enforcement for more than 17 years. He is an expert instructor in Counter-Terrorism Tactics and Active Shooter Response for both law enforcement officials and private citizens. He has worked in the fields of Corrections, Uniform Patrol, Criminal and Homeland Security Investigations.  Tony has also worked in the private sector as subject matter expert in physical security, workplace violence, active shooter events and response.  Giving guidance to law firms, schools, international organizations in how to implement safer workplace practices and writing emergency response plans.
